Built from inside the deal, now investing in it.
From advisory to co-investment.
Ameretat began as a risk management and corporate advisory practice, working alongside boards and sponsors on restructuring, dispute resolution and strategic planning. That work put us inside the structuring of projects long before capital was ever called. Today, Ameretat puts its own capital into a select number of those structures — co-investing alongside the sponsors and developers we work with, rather than advising from the sidelines alone.
Unbiased. Responsive. Diligent.
A balanced, value-accretive position
We blend our role as a co-investor with a sponsor's own activity to provide balanced, honest and value-accretive input — leveraging our relationship network for the benefit of every stakeholder in the structure, not just our own position.
Structuring that adapts under pressure
No plan of operations survives first contact with reality unchanged. Our team draws on experience in loss prevention, asset recovery and risk assessment to keep a project's structure responsive as circumstances shift.
Capital fitted to the project, not the reverse
Every sponsor and every project is different. We take the time to understand the deal from the inside before deciding how — and whether — Ameretat's capital belongs in it.
Built for complex, cross-border situations
We specialise in complex commercial, financial and cross-border situations, including dispute-linked matters — applying the same creative, risk-aware thinking to a co-investment as we would to resolving a dispute.
